Delivery Area
We deliver to most addresses within the 48 contiguous states excluding Alaska and Hawaii of the United States via ground service.
Shipping to international destinations and U.S territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam is not available at the time.
International shipping is not provided currently.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $100 of non-free-shipping-items are eligible for free shipping.
Delivery Schedule
Asia Supermarket Inc. Online ships orders Monday - Friday via ground service. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays when there is no shipping service.
We need 1 - 3 business days to prepare your order prior to shipment. Once the order ships out, the package will be delivered within 3 business days unless there is a significant delay. Transit time may be changed depending on the destination address and weather conditions.
Shipping Restrictions
Asia Supermarket Inc. Online ships items only within the 48 contiguous states of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. No shipments can be delivered to PO Box, APO/FPO addresses, international United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States, except for the ‘Gifts Korea’ items that are delivered to South Korea only.
P.O. Box address directed to the school
Please check if the school receives and holds packages for you before placing an order. We still need a physical address with PO Box for successful delivery.
Shipping Accuracy
Please check your address carefully before you submit an order. If a package is lost or the delivery is delayed due to an incorrect shipping address or P.O. Box, refunds and replacements will be limited.
Please contact Asia Supermarket Inc. Online CS to correct the shipping address after placing an order. Additional fees for address correction may be charged.
For the shipments that include perishable or refrigerated items, we cannot guarantee the condition of the items if the delivery was delayed because of an incorrect address.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email. Tracking is available when the package arrives at USPS facility. Please note it may take 1-2 business days until shipment status is updated after shipping labels are created.
